At Cilantro Fusion, we will take you on a journey of flavors across Mexico from traditional food found in the lush area of Yucatan to the well-known flour tortillas with origins in Sonora, Mexico. Our dishes have been revived from the Golden Ages of Mexican Cuisine, culminating in a creative modern fusion of Mexican flavors.
At Cilantro Fusion, you can feast on high-quality home style and modern Mexican cuisine accompanied by a mug of Mexican beer or the house’s specialty fresh fruit Mojitos, Margaritas and Martinis. But in a tribute to the former Juan’s, Cilantro Fusion will keep Juan’s green chili.
Owner Gabriela Bossy’s family has prepared delicious recipes for several generations. The first Mendoza and Fernandez relatives migrated from Spain to Mexico City and fusedMexican dishes with Spanish flavors to create fabulous combinations of classy and picante dishes.
